Juan Gonzalez has coated more than two million square feet across Texas, including floors for United Airlines and Foxconn. Metallic, flake, polished concrete, urethane cement, static control, all of it. Now he's putting the whole thing on camera: how the work actually gets done, and how the jobs that pay actually get priced.

The honest part

Nothing's wrong with your hands.
You've just never been shown the other half.

Where most guys are stuck

  • You can pour a clean garage, but a 20,000 square foot bid makes your stomach drop.
  • You price by the gallon because nobody ever showed you how to price by the risk.
  • You've watched a hundred videos and still can't tell which system a job actually needs.
  • Manufacturer training taught you their product, not the trade.
  • The one time a floor went wrong, you ate it, and you still don't know exactly why.
  • You're the cheapest bid in the room and you're not sure how to stop being that.

After you've been through it

  • You walk a slab, read it, and know inside ten minutes what it needs and what it costs.
  • You quote big commercial work with a number you can defend line by line.
  • You pick the system off the job, not off whatever the supplier is pushing that month.
  • You know the prep that decides whether a floor lasts one year or ten.
  • You know what failure looks like before it happens, because you've watched it happen.
  • You stop bidding against garage guys and start bidding against real contractors.

Every floor he pours

It is not just epoxy.
It is every system New Era installs.

Metallic, flake, polished concrete, urethane cement, static control, and the prep under all of it. His crews put these down every week across Texas, and the membership covers the lot. Filmed on jobs that were actually paying, never staged in a classroom.

Grind sequence, densifier, cream polish, and knowing when a polish job is really a sealed concrete job before you have quoted it as the wrong one.

Five tracks. Every one of them

Who's actually teaching this

I'm Juan.I've been putting floors downin Houston since 2015.

My crews have coated more than two million square feet across Texas. Warehouses, race parks, showrooms, production floors, and a fair number of garages belonging to people you'd recognize.

I started filming the jobs because I couldn't find anything honest to learn from. Manufacturer training sells you their bucket. The videos online stop right before the part that's actually hard. So we've got 172 of our own jobs on camera now, and about 22 hours of it is the long stuff, start to finish.

Pro is that, organized. The systems in order, the numbers that go with them, and the parts I'd only ever told the guys standing next to me.

What this costs if you go and buy it yourself

  • Having a site like this built$2,500 to $6,000
  • Hosting, security and backups for a year$1,100 to $5,000
  • Review software$10 to $49 a month
  • A local SEO retainer$500 to $1,500 a month

Most agencies will not build the site and do the marketing for under $1,500 a month. This is $697.

Figures are 2026 published market rates for contractor websites and local SEO retainers, not our estimates. Go and check them.

All three are month to month, with no contract and no build fee, and here is the part you should hear from us rather than find out later. You're not buying a website. We build it, we host it, we keep working on it, and the site stays ours. What you're paying for is the work it brings you, and you can stop any month you decide it isn't bringing you enough. Your domain stays yours either way. That's the trade, and it's why there's nothing to pay up front.

And when you have a bad quarter

Put it on hold. Don't kill it.

Every year has a slow stretch. Ours too. So instead of cancelling, you can put the account on hold for up to three months, once a year, and it drops to $49 a month. Your site stays up. Your phone number stays on it. Everything we already got you ranking for keeps ranking. We just stop the new work until you say go.

We do it this way because cancelling costs you far more than three slow months do. The site comes down, the rankings go, and coming back means starting from nothing. Nobody should lose a year of ground over a quiet January. You can also just step down a level and step back up when it turns, as often as you like.

$49/mo

up to 3 months, once a year

One more thing worth saying out loud. Nobody is asking you to bet the company on this. Start on the rung you can pay for in your worst month, not your best one, and move up when the calendar tells you to.

Included at every level, costs you nothing

The overflow list

Juan turns work down. Wrong city, wrong week, wrong size. Right now it goes nowhere. Members are on the list by city, and when something lands that New Era isn't taking, it goes out to the man closest to it. Chain seats see it first. You only pay us if you win the job, and you'll know the fee before you ever pick up the phone.

And when you want your hands on the machines

The 4-Day Masterclass, Austin, Texas

Four days on the grinders with Juan standing over your shoulder. Materials included, small groups, and it runs at the Austin, Texas campus. This one is the in-person class, not part of the membership.

Read this part if you're on the fence

You've probably been burned before

You've been to manufacturer training

And you learned their product. That's what it's for. This is the trade underneath it, taught by someone who buys from everybody and owes nothing to anyone.

You've watched every video on YouTube

So has your competition. What's not on YouTube is the quote, the terms, the sequencing, and the fifteen minutes before a job goes wrong. That's most of this.

You want the work but not a franchise

No territory, no royalty, no approved supplier list. You learn the systems and you run your own company with your name on the truck.

You can't get to Texas

Then start here. Everything the class covers is in the tracks, filmed on jobs that were actually paying, and you can stop paying for it the month you decide it isn't for you.

No risk on you

Decide once you're inside,
not from out here.

You can't judge this from a sales page and I wouldn't ask you to. Get in, watch the prep track, pull up the 62,000 square foot job, and see whether it's the real thing. If it isn't, cancel before your first month is out and we refund it. No forms, no phone call, no hard feelings.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No, and you should know that before you sign up rather than after. We build it, we host it, we keep working on it, and it stays ours. Your domain is yours, your photos are yours, and your phone number is on it. What you're paying for is the work it brings you, not the file. That's exactly why there's no build fee, and why a site that would cost you thousands up front costs you nothing to start.

See the packages

You put it on hold, you don't cancel. Up to three months a year at $49, your site stays up, your number stays on it, and everything you already rank for keeps ranking. We just stop the new work until you say go. Cancelling is what costs you: the site comes down, the rankings go, and starting again is more expensive than the slow months ever were. You can also just step down a level and step back up when the calendar turns.

See the packages

Because we already built the machine once and we run it for flooring companies specifically, so nobody is starting from a blank page on your dime. For what it's worth, local SEO on its own averaged $1,557 a month in 2026 and a contractor website runs $2,500 to $6,000 to have built. Go and check both. We're not cheap because we're cutting corners, we're cheap because we're not reinventing your industry every time.

See the packages

The minute you join. You'll have a login and the full library inside a couple of minutes, and you can start on whichever system you're bidding this week.

See what a month costs

No, and Juan will tell you the same. Epoxy is a feel-it-in-your-hands trade. Pro is how you learn the systems and the numbers on your own time. The class in Austin is where you get your hands on the machines with Juan standing over your shoulder. Pro makes the four days count for more, and what you paid for Pro comes off the class price.

See how the class and Pro stack

That's most of what it's for. It works on your phone in the truck. Pull up the prep sequence while you're standing on the slab.

Look through the five tracks

Start at track one and go in order. Plenty of people in here poured their first garage after they joined. What you shouldn't do is start with a 40,000 square foot bid.

Start at track one

Then you shouldn't pay for it. Cancel before your first month is out and we'll refund it, no argument and no forms.

Read the thirty day terms

No. You'll be told exactly what gets used and why, and then you buy wherever you buy. Nothing here is locked to a brand.

See what each system uses

Last thing

The next big slab you walk,
you'll either know or you'll guess.

One of those costs you $197 a month. The other one has cost people a lot more than that.
